Tonight was the grand opening of Dylan Schmit Restaurant. Mom and Dad were the cooks and Dylan was the host and server. Our first guests were Grandma and Grandpa. Dylan was an excellent host and server. He greeted our guest and took them into our lounge (aka the family room). Dylan took drink orders and he even wrote them down to be sure he got them right. We dined on delicious food and even made our own ice cream for dessert. The service was so good that Grandma and Grandpa left a generous $1 tip for Dylan and gave our restaurant very positive feedback on the comment card. It was a successful grand opening!!! We look forward to many more special evening.
